CRT Questions

I've got a Macintosh Plus with some cracked solder joints on J4 on the analog board. I repaired two and tested it but that wasn't enough. When I opened it back up I realized there were a few others I didn't get. Per this website https://www.jagshouse.com/ classicrepair.html my fly back doesn't have the bleeder on it. How long should I wait before I can work on it again? I don’t have a discharge tool on hand. Do I even need to discharge if I’m just reflowing solder? I didn’t remove the analog board. I just flipped it on its side and reflowed.

I used an alligator clip on a screwdriver for this. Works well too, although all my Macs are bleeder types.
