After partially sliding out analog board, there are two soldered wires (red/black see pic)  preventing me from removing board from assembly. How do I get to the connection on the assembly to remove them. Also how do I remove hard drive?

Yes I looked at service manual but didnt see it

If I'm not mistaken, those wires are for the internal speaker.  If you unplug the speaker (should be sitting behind the floppy drive with the connector nearby) and take out the hard drive you should be able to pull the analog board out all the way since the cable will now be disconnected.

Yes correct, the speaker itself is fastened with a velcro on both ends, so can be removed easily.
