I've been playing around with the idea of making a similar daughterboard, but with an OpenWRT router integrated, rather than the Vonets.Can‘t even find a datasheet for that one.
The insides look a lot like the transceiver I used for reference. Mine does not have a 20Mhz crystal, not sure what that’s for.
I tried to track down the datasheet for what @joethezombie posted, though it says UM9095L I think it's the same as DM9095L; looks like UMC and Davicom are somehow related. The DM9095 datasheet says the oscillator is used for "internal chip timing"
There's also the T7220 that is used in my Maccon - is your daughterboard a clone of the Maccon daughterboard with ethernet, or just of a twisted pair transceiver device?
