Amazon's search engine is bloody worthless.
Google used to be pretty good, if not the best, but that was back in 2006...
Nowadays, I'm not sure. It feels like results aren't as relevant as they used to be, especially for more niche topics, such as classic Macs (ads, on the other hand, are everywhere, of course, and they're so relevant sometimes, it's creepy!)
For example, a few years ago (I think sometime around mid 2018 or so), I was trying to search on Google Images for photos of a Macintosh Plus to show to someone. instead, I got countless results for some vaporwave artist who named themselves, perplexingly, "Macintosh Plus" (yes, that's correct!), with nary a photo of the actual computer anywhere on the first few pages. I gave up and looked at the Plus' Wikipedia article instead, as I recall.
I've been hoping that maybe this has since been fixed (it
has been 3 or 4 years, after all!), but alas, no! However, they must've readjusted their algorithm somehow, as at least now I see actual Plus photos mixed in, so at least I have a chance of finding... a photo of a Plus ("Macintosh Plus'" album, incidentally, is titled
Floral Shoppe, in case anybody cares...).
Sorry for the off-topic rant, but sheesh....
