Alternatives to MacSEE?

Does anybody know of an Alternative to MacSEE that does the same thing (Unbinhex a file directly to a mac formatted floppy on a windows machine). I don't want to pay $40 for a program unless there is another windows app that will work on xp that will do this. I will need it for when I get my powerbook 145b sometime within the next few weeks. If it helps my friend gave me transmac (which is super handy) and I have downloaded HFVExplorer. It would be good if somebody made a disk image (perferable .dsk, .img, or .image) for stuffit expander or anything that unbinhexs a file for system 7.0. I do not own another mac or do not know anybody with one (im an un-happy windoze user).

hfsutils is a set of unix utilities which, I believe, have been ported to Windows. With it you can format diskettes, copy and encode/decode files with macbinary or binhex encoding, and a fair bit more. It is positively free. And if you don't like Windows, you can find several free operating systems that will accompany hfsutils. :)

Thanks,

but I have tried hfsutils but it will not work on windows xp. And since the computer im using is a family pc and I can do anything but change the os and switch the anti-virus program.

P.S. im getting the powerbook 145b and I need a way to get apps on it.

It's ok guys I found a way to do it. download stuffit expander 3.5.1 from http://macintroid.tripod.com/downloads/stuffit351.zip and then download stuffit expander 4.0.1 from here http://macintroid.tripod.com/downloads/stuffit402.zip

and then put the .bin file on a floppy (after unziping on the pc) (using transmac to decode and put on a floppy) then unzip (from the pc)the stuffit expander 4.0.1 and put the .sit file on the floppy . on the mac side use stuffit expander 3.5.1 to unpack the .sit of stuffit expander 4.0.1 and then your done!

It sounds hard but it is a piece of cake! I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw my games unpacking without a hitch!
