Well, if would great if there was a multi purpose modern case option for 800/840AV/8100/8500 motherboards a la the Amiga 3000 Kickstarter run. Imagine not having to worry about breaking plastic.

A very long time ago in my early college days, I got a lab that I worked in to purchase these unique, but mostly forgotten internal drive decks that nicely fit inside the Power Macs. I had forgotten all about them until I dug up this old sheet up, and if you were/are a video person, then it...

Only problem I have discovered is no sound from the internal speaker.
I finally got one.
I have been scouring the internet for a PDF manual, the only one I found was an incomplete one from Artmix. If anyone knows of a source I would be so thankful.
I plan to stick this old baby in my SE/30. I got the TwinSpark adapter coming, and even got a NOS Sony...
I recently got an LC550 minus CD-ROM (manufactured Nov 1994) and it has a 4.5v battery. I know the 575 onward switched to the 4.5v batteries, but had never seen a 550 with it. My other three 550 boards all are the old 1/2 AA 3.6v type.
Anyone know if was common or just a late revision before...
I finally got my grubby hands on a LC575 mobo that I stuck in my Edu-CD-Rom-less LC550 and it such a nice upgrade. Super thanks to AichEss for the board.
I want to get the old gal networked so that I can pull files off my local ftp server. Now there are two options, going with the LC-PDS card...
