    chiptripper's finds

It performs very well. Here's how it stacks up to a Classic II and stock SE/30 in Speedometer after I added an FPU and a 16MB SIMM: Ya, I think you only need the loopback cable if you want to use one monitor for both the Mac and PC sides: https://wiki.preterhuman.net/OrangePC_660 Package...

    chiptripper's finds

Neat find! Here's a 40Mhz Techworks accelerator for the Classic that uses the same installation method...even shipped with a machined metal clamp to hold the boards together: Also, I'm drooling over that OrangePC 660...always wanted that one. Did yours come with the video loopback cable?

    MicroMac ThunderCache Pro find

I just pulled it out to take a picture of the FPU for @zigzagjoe and decided to peel back the CPU sticker too. At least MicroMac gave you a 40Mhz CPU...look what they gave me! I wonder if that has anything to do with my stability problems? Still, it runs fine until I do something obviously...

    MicroMac ThunderCache Pro find

I long figured that the real purpose of those fancy gold stickers was to hide factory overclocking. I peeled back the sticker on this one's FPU and it read MC68882RC50A. Does that mean it's a 50Mhz part? Do you use your accelerator, and is it stable? The only modifications/repairs I made to...

    MicroMac ThunderCache Pro find

I recently got one of these working in a Color Classic (and LCII): (after recapping...a couple had started to leak) However, I'm experiencing some instability that seems FPU related. It crashes reliably when running something like Speedometer's FPU tests, but runs fine otherwise: I...

The Pro Audio Spectrum 16 NuBus's YMF262 FM synthesizer...

I don't currently have the card installed, but the person I got it from used it in a IIci running either 7.1 or 7.5.x IIRC.

Calling all owners of rare ADB devices!

Just found this while reorganizing some stuff. I'll set it aside and maybe get around to installing it and adding it to your device list.

    Apple IIc New to Me!

If it has the hairpin keyboard, then you'll want one of these or else you'll hate typing on it: https://maceffects.com/products/apple-iic-backlit-mechanical-keyboard

Calling all owners of rare ADB devices!

Not technically an ADB device, but is this thing sufficiently "weird"? Tried to open it to see how it's wired, but couldn't figure out how without breaking it. No screws or anything under the sticker :/

    1mb L2 cache for 6100

Apparently they're very hard to find. I also have a 6100/66 DOS, and I looked for a larger cache module for awhile, but had no luck.
