My 5126 came with 3 batteries and the Apple recharger. I don't have an a second AC adapter, so I just switch between if needed. I have a bag with strap, but none of the original documentation.
I love that HD mount for the Aztec. I keep thinking about getting one of those, but my project...
Don't like the look of the black marks. I'm thinking the crack caused a short.
So it looks like pins 1+2 are combined as well as 7+8. Based on that and the thickness of the combined trace, i assume one is power and one is ground, but I haven't metered it out yet.
That memory looks similar to mine. I don't know if the dip switches are the same, but here's how I have mine set:

Previously I had tried a few different settings on the switches which mostly resulted in the portable either ignoring the card, or coming up with a sad mac error. I've played with it a little more now and do seem to be making some progress, so it appears to be properly for the backlit model...
I have a Portable with backlight that uniserver kindly re-capped for me, which is working quite well.
It has a PSI modem card,
and a PSI card for the PDS slot that has 3 daughter cards. From the little I can find out, this is likely 8 MB expansion that requires a driver to operate, which I...
Thanks to uniserver, my 5126 is working like a champ. But... the backlighting stopped working after powering it up for the first time with the new caps, so I suspect a similar problem. I will give a shot at replacing the two caps on the inverter and see if that fixes it up.
Fry's has...
