These are applications not data files. It's like sometimes Mac OS X is not understanding where the resource forks are. My Powermac G4 died so I have moved Classic to my Mac Mini. I drag the archives off my flash drive to the HD as I have always done on my G4. I extract them on the Mac's hard...
Hmm I could not find the setting "run as classic" but when I marked them as 'Stationary Pad' they worked.
Some of them where HyperCard stacks and so needed that installed.
Is they a way to open a program with classic. Some programs I am downloading are opening in Automitar or a text editor. I can't find the option to "open with classic".
I don't know how to correct the Gamma for modern VGA displays without 'ColorSync'.(or am I thinking of something else). Also what's the point of not ueing a Zip drive? it's uniquely vintage Macintosh.(sorry I grew up in the 90s :))
Oh I have not been here in a while, I no longer have OS X.5*(I just updated my signature now) and was looking for something of X.2 as well
* Had to reinstall and only had a X.4 DVD.
I've been playing with X11 on my Macs, here is some interesting software I found:
EDIT: Um I don't know how to change the size of the inbeded video :(.
