    Dual 7448 for MDD

Is there such a thing? I was looking at Newertech's options, but they don't list the MDD as compatible with their Dual 1.8GHz 7448 . Would it work in a MDD or are there other options? http://www.newertech.com/products/maxpower48.php http://www.barefeats.com/g4up2.html

This one http://www.villagetronic.com/vtbook/index.html Would it be possible to run Quartz Extreme on it with PCI Extreme? If so, it would be a neat way for any of us with Rage cards in our Powerbooks to get QE.

Is BootX 1.2.2 compatible with 7.6.1?

I am working on getting linux on the 2300c (more on that later), but I can't seem to get BootX 1.2.2 running. It continuously quits with a Type 3 error. This is the case with both the base extension set or all extensions off. This is a clean install of 7.6.1 that I did a few weeks ago. (I...

    DuoDock HDD

I just got my DuoDock up and running as a file server for my Plus, and everything I need is on a RAM disk. Is there any way to spin down the DuoDock's HDD? The little spin down button in the control strip only appears to do the Duo's HDD. Any ideas?

I recently got a B&W Powermac G3 400 Rev.2 w/768mb of RAM for 25$. It had several issues, mostly relating to its SCSI disk failing and the IDE disk I was trying to use also being dead. It came with its original 8.6 restore disc; and using that I now have a clean install on a 40gb IDE drive...

I have a Powerbook G3 Wallstreet II 300 and am trying to get it on my wireless network. I'm not sure what card to get and am looking for ideas.
