Welp, the TiBook's battery is dead. After 34 cycles, and 4 months of use it's kicked the bucket, being detected but no longer charging. In it's defense, it definitely sat for 20 years uncharged. Hopefully I can get it rebuilt at some point!

I just installed an SSD in a low end laptop from 2012 and now it boots to the desktop of Windows 8.1 in around 8 seconds!
I have to say I didn't expect THAT much of a speed increase.
