Have a restored and recapped SE30 with 40mins HDD and 8 Meg RAM using all the slots. So I would like to take it up to 128 meg if possible. Best place to get these chips please?

Hi there So was a bit bored and managed to clean up and get running my Apple CD300i drive with caddies. So connected to my SE30 it sees older audio CDs (without sound!) but not any CDRs. I have tried with various formatting options but no joy? Guessing the sound issue requires an external amp...

Many thanks and yes everything checked a cleaned etc it reads my System 7 floppies as a test. So a 1.44 meg floppy can be read by the SE30 then? If so I will pull off the patch onto a floppy, what system should I format them to?

Many thanks for the quick reply….👍 so another daft question, how do I get the patch onto the SE30 as it has no network etc? It has a floppy drive so presumably I need to get it onto one of those… what capacity floppies do I need as I do have a usb drive that will fit my iMac?

Hi guys… so hopefully this is a simple one… recently restored and recapped 8Meg SE30 with System 7.5 and 300 Meg HDD. So I cannot set the date to beyond 2019 ?everything else like time etc all good so far and it retains it. Any pearls of wisdom appreciated Thanks Chris
