Toon me a bit of searching, couldn't recall where I bought the replacement🤪
Anyway, here goes:

I kind of have my eye on an complete Lisa 2/10, incl. keyboard and mouse (the normal one, not the first Lisa version one).
Only none of the logic boards nor the PSU are there.
Are they sometimes popping up on places?
PSU I already saw once, but hardly ever any of the PCB's or even the frame...
I'll have a go at it on one of my SE's, as good a reason as any to test my v2 BlueSCSI!
I understand you trying to install the"correct" way, but for troubleshooting purposes, I would try with a bog standard (English) 6.08 image, you can find them online and stick it on an SD card, see if that...
I have a few V2's lying around, but haven't used them yet, so only experience with the BlueSCSI v1.
I tend to use Basilisk II on a modern PC, works both ways, I can check that the image on de SD card boots correctly (like when in your case you have installed an OS on it the "classic" way), or I...
That's relative of course, pretty much all outlasted the useful life expectancy of the computer by a decent margin!
Don't imagine they designed the compacts and said, well let's make sure they'll still be working well into the 2020's 🤣
OK, just picked up a whole lot of powerbooks!
One tickles my curiousity:
So what is it, a duo 230 or a duo 2300c?
It boots, get a happy Mac on what definitely is a crappy passive monochrome display, but then the screen goes black and it hangs.
Bit weird, for video I would rather expect a female db9...
Then again, no standards whatsoever back then.
You'd often see a videocard with a connector, which would only work with a monitor from the same brand!
Guess you'll have to peek inside once you have the machine!
In the link below you'll...
As we mentioned above, the brake is a rather important part of the drive.
Because of the damage that can be inflicted by moving the head over de disk while it is not turning, the widget only releases the brake when it is turning sufficiently fast.
On the widget the head is moved with a voice...
Sp, pretty sure the logic board and the 486 subboard looks to be OK, now gotta find me a working power supply unit, not reallu wanting to take my other working 630 apart...Plastic parts of the case are somewhat brittle...
After a cleanout the LB looked in pretty good shape, so decided to reassemble and go for a test run.
Unfortunately there is an issue, but my gut says it's not too bad a problem.
The power supply is definitely on the way out.
With monitor attached (I tried two), when I push the power button on...
And a new one to add.
I already have a performa630 (or whatever you wanna call it), but just now the "dos compatible" version popped up on a local 2nd hand site.
You do not see them very often!
Untested, together with the matching color monitor, for the princely sum of 50€
The monitor I tested...
