Help Identifying Nubus Video Card

I bought a Quadra 700 and it came with an unknown Nubus video card.

It identifies itself as "Mac II 8 Bit Color Card". The Label of the EPROM says "SPARK CIIX".
On the backside it says "SPARK INT. Nubus UCB" on the PCB. Maybe "SPARK" is the manufacturer? Couldn't find any information about it.

It seems to be fixed at 1024x768 with max. 8bit color. Doesn't matter what the DIP-Switches on my monitor adapter are set to.
Even with nothing connected at all, it shows up as a second monitor.

Attached are photos from both sides and a screenshot from TattleTech. Maybe someone knows this card.

Strings in the ROM might be revealing. Two FPGAs and a RAMDAC, most probably unaccelerated, and doesn't need a driver.

I dumped the EPROM. Didn't see any strings that can't be seen in TattleTech...

On the plus side, it does support multiple resolutions. 640x480, 640x870, 1024x768, 1152x870. You might try holding various keys at startup as that's often how you trigger resolution selection on cards without monitor sense (option, spacebar, etc).
