Installing System 7 Pro (7.1.1) onto a LC 575

Ah, the consumer computers!

Installing System 7 Pro (7.1.1) onto a LC 575

Postby LC_575 » 29 Jun 2011, 15:53

The question is: I know I need a system enabler (number 065), which I have installed by placing it into the System folder. Problem is, it still complains of the system needing to be "updated" at boot time.

What do I do?

Figured it out, needed a slightly newer version of SE-065 that actually supported the 575.

That's interesting. I have had the same problem. Where'd you find the updated System Enabler?

... and I'm still waiting for those manuals....

Part of a package containing 7.1, 7.1.1, updates, and all enablers.
